Project no.1
This piece is one of my favorite ones I have ever created. We were tasked to create a self-portrait of ourselves by only using type. I mainly used the Type on a Path Tool to complete this project. I decided to use the word "Vale" because it is y favorite nickname that most people call me by. By using my nickname, I hope to give of the image and representation that best represents myself.
Project no.2
For this project we were tasked to create a magazine of our choosing. I decided to base mine off of architecture because it is what I am most interested in and because it is what I plan on majoring in college. "World of Architecture” is a magazine about architecture around the world. This includes styles of architecture around the world along with architecture throughout history and how it has changed and developed. The design inspiration for this magazine spread was to capture Italian architecture in a fun, interesting, and contemporary way.
